CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Aviator's Guide, Roche Harbor Resort, Lowrance, SkyOx and J & S Media and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above. This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO WIN: One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries. The contest ends on October 15, 2007. All entries must be received by 5 p.m. (EST). Aviator’s Guide is not responsible for entries lost or delayed or not received for any other reason, or for errors in the entry forms or the rules. Aviator’s Guide reserves the right to announce the winners on aviatorsguide.com and a future issue of Aviator’s Guide. Winners also agree that Aviator’s Guide can promote and publicize the winners' entry in appropriate promotion and press materials.
PRIZES: Aviator’s Guide will notify the randomly selected winners. The winners will have 30 days after notification to respond for collection of the prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive a VIP "Relax & Unwind" Retreat at The Roche Harbor Resort on San Juan Island, WA. The second randomly selected name will receive a Lowrance AirMap 600C Handheld Aviation GPS. The third randomly selected name will receive a SkyOx Portable Oxygen System.
HOW TO ENTER: Once you complete the entry form, you will be instructed to submit your e-mail address. When we receive your e-mail, you are automatically entered into the random drawing to win. Note that this email address will not be correlated in any way with your responses to the survey.
